Please note that a £25 amendment charge applies if changes are made to linen etc after Full Confirmation & Instructions are sent by us (12 weeks before rental, after final payment)

Damage Retainer : £ 250 Where there are extra charges based upon usage (Air Conditiong/Warm air heating and Swimming pool heating for example) meter readings will be taken at the beginning and end of the rental period and charged per unit to your Credit card.
