Nicknamed the ´white coast´´
some 2500 years ago by greek traders, the sunkissed Costa Blanca
offers a great combination of outdoor activities alongside a relaxing
world of orange, lemon, almond and olive trees. It´s award
winning beaches are a haven for sunlovers, while it´s varied
historical roots are celebrated throughout the area.
If it´s
an action packed holiday you´re after then you won´t
be disappointed. Watersports, golf, horseriding, tennis & rock
climbing are just some of the sports on offer, along with a variety
of theme parks and other outdoor attractions.
The region is
blessed with some excellent Golf
courses, Golf Europe while
the local theme parks, Terra
Mitica, Aqualandia
and Mundomar

Just minutes
away from the hubbub of Benidorm´s nightlife, you can escape
back to ´real Spain´with quaint villages offering a
taste of life away from the fast lane. Local festivals, particularly
the Moors & Christians festivals which run during the summer
up & down the coast are worth checking out. Contact the local
tourist offices in Javea
or Moraira for details
on these and other activities during your stay.
It goes without
saying that the area boasts about it´s selection of gastronomic
delights, from the famous paella to local dishes with fish, game
and fowl to numerous to mention. Not forgetting the local sweet
wines and bodegas in the Jalon valley. Click

Air links to
either Valencia or Alicante airports from all major UK airports
are expanding rapidly, meaning that after your flight you are only
about an hour away from your villa. A growing number of charter
& low cost airlines are serving these airports. Check out these
sites to get your best deal. Expedia,
EasyJet
and MyTravel
Lite. Murcia & Madrid airports are slightly further afield
but also provide access to the Costa
Blanca. We can recommend a local car
hire company for car hire. Their staff speak English and with
offices at the airport & Calpe, help is never far away.
